Pivot Charts - help :(

I have created some queries in Access and created a pivot chart. I have sent the front end and back end of the DB to a few colleagues, but they are not able to change the pivots. The can see the chart, and they can pull down one f the pivot drop down menus, but they are not able to click on the box to make it checked

I was wondering if you knew what the problem could be, and how to resolve it. We are all working form the same version of Access, and there are no logins needed to access the DB. We all have both the front and back end on our local machine

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated, as I’m at a complete loose end

I've created a similar report, and I have the same problem. I've tried splitting out the database with the front end local and the back end on a network drive, I've tried copying to other users in different ways, but nothing has worked. I can't find a way to give the users access to the field list in order to customize the chart. Any help would be appreciated
