pivot error

Hi All,

We have a pivot table that is used for reporting purposes. It gets the
data from SQL Server. The page works fine for most users. However,
there are some users (it also happens that they are in a different
country but am not sure if that is relevant) who when trying to access
that page, they get the error "The query could not be processed. Data
provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status" as seen in the
image. I have sent them the OWC zip file to install the web components
manually but they still cannot see the page. What could be the
problem?

I'm not sure it is the correct link:

My frend told me to set the link to trusted site as what the above
link explain. But it gives me same result. (pivot fail)
Maybe you can try and let me know if you success pls..

We were able to find a solution to our issue.

If you reference my post titled "OWC11 Pivot Table : Data provider didn't
supply any further error", hopefully that helps.

HI Skinner or everyone else who can help,

I need help here. My client tried to installed this pivotdll (as in
attachment) to their PC.
But in the end, it said "Failed to run .exe" instaed of saying
"DLLregister Server in OWC11.dll is successfulL"

Can you help?
