I have a pivot form in Access 2000 which displays the following wa
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Tota
Sales 1 1 1
Tax 1 1 1

I want it display this way with the original dollar amount instead of count of sales but can't figure out how to change the pivot field to do this
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Tota
Sales 20.00 40.00 60.00 120.0
Tax 3.00 6.00 9.00 18.0
Thanks in advance, Paul

Hello,
Open the 'Layout', Double click On "Count Of Sales Tax",
or the grey button in the center of the box. Options will
pop up, select "Sum of", then ok and finish. Refresh the
query and you will get your desired results.
Hope it helps
