Pivot grand totals

Hi,

I have a pivot table subform that displays costs per heading(rows) for all
projects (columns).

The grand totals for each row and column are displayed automatically since
I have subtotals switched on. How do I change the grand totals column for
each row to display the AVERAGE cost accross all projects, instead of the Sum?
