Pivot - row sorting

Hello -
I have a table of data- it's basically a Chart of Accounts.
I've assigned numbers to each account, so that when I pivot, it would sort properly. That's fine.

However, I changed the names of some of my categories, and now they are not appearing in the proper place (for eg, 3055 is coming after 3071; 4017 is coming after 4044)

Any idea why or how I can fix this?

Does my source table need to be sorted? I wouldn't think so...
