Hi,
I am using Excel 2007.
I have a Pivot Table that extracts data from an ERP, from which I am using
two tables, table (1) contains account code and transaction amount while
table (2) contains account code and account code description which is not
available in table (1).
When I choose both account code from table (1) and account description from
table (2) in Row Labels field together with transaction amount in ∑ Values
field I got a pivot table showing account code and ∑ transaction values in
one row and account code description and ∑ transaction values in the next row!
Is there a way to remove this duplication and have account code and account
code description in one single row?
Thanks
