Somehow I doubt that anyone will provide the information you seek, since the
answer is far too broad given the time most of us have to answer questions
in this newsgroup. Instead, why don't you tell us what function you are
looking for? And then perhaps we can help you.

Thanks Dale! I thought if the interface for custom field is given when
creating Portfolio reports through Pivot table in PWA there must of list of
functions available that can be applied to those measures as in Excel.
I have tried exporting table to excel and then trying things on it, but when
i see field settings in excel the "summarized by" column is disbaled and i
cant find any other option to apply to or add additional column of certain
calculated data as columns.
E.g. I wrote a report in portfolio in which we were monitoring the amount of
effort utilized in different activities of a projects in terms of "percentage
of parent row" applied to the Actual Work Measure column. When i export it as
it is in excel it only brings Actual Work column in the sheet which is
strange. On the other hand if certain calculated column is applied in teh
pivot table it exports the formula as new total in the Cube available
dimesions in the excel sheet. Aforementioned are the things that generated my
interest for a list of functions through which i can manuvor different set of
data.
I hope you understand the exact issue now. Looking forward to your help on
this.

I don't understand what you mean by "percentage of parent row". Please
explain.

If we open Show toolbar option on Pivot table it gives us a "%" symbol icon
in which we can view a measure as "percentage of parent row item".

Here is my scenario again.

When i apply the aforementioned setting to e.g. Actual Work field which i
need to see as percentage of a parent row e.g.

Department Activity Actual Work
Products Requirement Development 20%

Now the 20% work on requirement development meant that it was percentage of
product department total work. If i export this to excel from where i thought
i could apply more combination & permutations it only exports it as Actual
work without percentage of Parent row.
So my point of asking for a complete list of functions available for the
measures & list was to accomodate these type of scenarios where i can instead
of using pivot toolbar option of displaying a measure as percentage of row or
colmun i can actually get the SUM of Total Actual Work in products department
and reflect it accordingly so that when i export it as a calculated measure
in Excel its exported as it is. My second question was related to excel as
well in which i cant see setting to edit a measure to see as SUM , Percentage
of parent row etc ..
Hopefully now the scenario sis clear to you.
Thanks.

I know of no way to accomplish what you wish to do with the PivotTable data.
Perhaps someone more skilled with Excel will provide an answer. Sorry.

I guess its the limitation within the total solution. I will try to find
something and if i find some solution i will post it back.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry I could not be of more help. If you do find a solution, please post
it as I would love to hear about it. Thanks!
