I'm displaying data warehouse cube "views" in a web page (published from an
Excel Pivot Table via Office Web Components). When I just show one, I can
see the chart just fine. If I want to show more than one slice of the cube,
I can do that in frames, and the display is as expected. However, if I
abstain from frames and try to show it in a table, the chart won't show.
I do see that I can hook a chart by itself to a flattened recordset via ADO,
but that's not what I'm looking for. I want to be able to show the chart
(and table) as published to a webpage from Excel, and I want to be able to
show that chart in a table cell. I also want to be able to show just the
chart and size it as needed, if possible, without having to do real coding
behind the scenes. The pivot table shows up just fine; why not the chart,
especially since the chart DOES show when it's not in a table cell.
Any insight? TIA
