Pivot table charts

Hi I use Office 2004 on Mac OS X. I am having problems when trying to
see the charts of pivot tables created in a PC. The charts look ok at
the beggining; however, they don't change when the pivot table is
refreshed. It looks liket the charts are not linked to the
corresponding report.
Any suggestions for this issue?
