Pivot table ColumnAxis/DataAxis Width/Height

i've tried for many hours, to no avail to format the Width/Height of the
ColumnAxis of a MS Access 2k2 Pivot table. the column names/headings of my
inner most ColumnAxis are pretty long. Ultimately, i would like to wrap the
text, reduce the width, and increase the height, similar to Cell
functionality in Excel. i thought i'd be able to get around it by
abbreviating my column names/headings. however, there seems to be no rhyme
or reason to the ColumnAxis heading widths; some are very wide and some are
just right (like autofit :) ).

can anyone shed light, point in a good direction, something . . .?
