Pivot Table count wrong

I am using Excel 2007. I have a file which contains 232 rows, including first
row as header, and try to create a pivot table to count. Pivot only gives me
217. In one criteria, it shows 5. When I click it, it will generate a new
sheet with 6 line items (not including header). Anywhere might be wrong?
