Pivot Table error

Sounds like you have placed the same field in the Header
and the data. Whatever the problem is it will be resolved
in the Layout page.

In trying to construct a pivot table I am asking for row

data and a sum in the data field. The result keeps giving
me duplicate row data for several fields. The only visual
difference is the justification of the field. I've
reformatting the data in the worksheet and the column is
formatted the same as general.
