Pivot Table Error

In column H, I have a formula that takes info from B&C and F&G for the
result. When I go to create my pivot table, I need to get an average of the
hours:minutes from column H, but I get a #DIV/0! error. What am I doing
wrong or need to fix to get me an average time?
