pivot table field w/ no records

Is there a way to make a field show up in a pivot table
eventhough it does not have any data in it? Let's say I
have 5 products with a daily subtotal of each for the
month and by the 15th one of them has not had any sales.
I still want to see it in the pivot table so it is
included
in the report summary page that gets its data from the
pivot table without getting an error message when there
is no field included in the pivot for this product.
