Pivot table filter list doesn't refresh

Hi all,

Help needed. I'm trying to build a pivot table in excel and datasource is MS
access.
When you refresh the data, new items in filter list get added but the items
which are deleted in access table remains in the list.
Need to know how can i force the pivot table to delete the filter list and
refresh with the latest data from data source??

Please reply ASAP, its very important.
