Pivot table function

Hello,

Could you please let me know how can I make changes to my pivot table so
that I get % instead of numbers ( for eg for 7587- 1 should be 5221/8350 =
62.53% and 2 should be 0% and 3 should be 3129/8350= 37.41%

On the Pivot Table menu, select Formulas-->Calculated Field option. Once you
select this you can create a calculated Field (you can assign a name), that
takes one of your named pivot table fields and divides it into another one.
The new calcualted field can then be displayed on the layout portion of the
pivot table wizard.
