Pivot Table - Get External Data

In Excel XP, I want to access OLAP cubes through our SQL Server 2000 - Analysis Service, connect by "OLAP service 8.0", after I type in the server name, login & password. An error "unable to open connection, undefined error" occurs, and can't continue to link the cube
I have try "Office Repair Tools", and SP3 has already install to SQl server - Analysis Server
Do you have any hints for me, thank you very much!
