Pivot Table - Help on refresh

Does anyone know how to keep the columns and other formatting the same after "Refreshing" the data?
Everytime I refresh, I have to resize the columns

Everytime I refresh, I have to resize the columns

Rightclick the table and select Table Options.

Uncheck AutoFormat Table (or tinker with that and/or Preserve Formatting ;
it always confuses me).
