Thanks for any help with this.
This is undoubtedly a foolish problem, but I cannot seem
to get the layout of a pivot table to function in Access
2000.
While I have can generate the recordset I want, when I
try to create a pivot table from the query I cannot get
the drop areas to function at all. Everything winds up in
the row area. In the field list I can select the area of
the form to which the data should apply, but the only
place that seems open is the row area. I haven't been
able to figure out how to drag anything to the column
area or the data area because nothing I do seems to
affect where the fields wind up.
Help Please.
