Pivot table in when page freezes browser

Hello,

I have created a server based ASP page that displays an Excel Pivot
table with an OLAP cube as the data source. When some users access
the pivot table and choose filters on some of the dimensions, the
pivot table recalculates, but sometimes the browser just hangs, and
they need to end task.

Some users are fine (I'm on Excel 2000) and it works for me, others
(mostly on Excel 2002 SP2) experience this problem.

Any insight as to why they would experience this problem would be
appreciated.

Also the users have Windows Professional 2000 and Excel 2002, from the
XP Office edition.
