Pivot Table Issue in Access 2002

We have users having an issue with the Pivot Table menu options being grayed
out. Can someone give me information regarding this issue? I read on
Woody's site that this was a bug and going to SP2 should resolve the issue.
We are already at SP2 and are still having the issue. Does anyone have any
information or can someone point me in the right direction.
