Pivot table - optimize performance

M

Manish

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Pivot table with "one" selection on
the "Column" side and "Five" on the rows side, out of the
base data having more than 10000 rows. But, it bounces
with an error message that I'm trying to select too many
rows or columns. What is the optimum capacity of Pivot
tables and how to use it to the full extent?

Thanks & regards,

Manish

Search support.microsoft.com for the keywords 'pivottable limit' (w/o
the quotes). You'll get all kind of version-specific articles.
