When I try to update a pivot-table that is attached to Access I get prompted
that there were 'Problems obtaining data'. If this problem occurs in Excel
(a pivot-table created using data from Excel) I would simply change the data
parameters or refresh them. However, I read something about OLAP when it's
created in Access.
I have not made any changes to the query that the pivot-table looks at and
am puzzled to how this could have occurred.
I have experienced this problem a number of times and had to create the
pivot-table again in each instance.
Could anyone tell me how to fix the problem and also how it could be caused.
