Pivot Table problem

Thanks for looking at this
I have now experienced the same problem on two
computers with respect to using the pivot table wizard to
create a form. Everything appears to work by the book
until the form finally opens and should present drop
areas to drag fields to. At this point the form presents
no drop areas, almost all the menubar selections are
greyed out, and there is no way to create a working pivot
table. However, using the same tables, queries, and
fields exactly, I sat down at the office today and
created the pivot table I needed in minutes. All three
computers are running office XP Professional. Has anyone
a suggestion about what might solve this problem?
