Pivot Table Problem

I was successful at making a pivot table from a query.
Then I tried to do it a second time and am not allowed to
do so. I just get a blank white screen and sometimes a
list that only lets me move stuff to the data field. The
blank screen shows no outline for rows, columns, etc...its
just blank. Any ideas on how to get the Pivot Table
function working again? Any information is appreciated.
