I've been fooling around with a pivot table trying to get the best layout,
totals, etc. When I clicked on "formulas", I got a change I did not want and
could not reverse out of - it seems to have been automatically saved!
questions: 1) how to reverse the unwanted changes and 2) how to format
totals so that I get a "grand" total rather than totals of each of the 2 row
columns I've set up. Example: cost per year (column headings) by area and
zone (row headings). I'd like column totals over area (not by zone). thanks
