Pivot Table question

Hi Folks,
I have a simple pivot table, with names in rows and exams they have passsed
in the columns. they have completed different quantities of exams.
The data is extracted from a report I get from the training company.
How do I update the pivot table, when I change the source data?

Doh! maybe I should check Excel, before asking stupid questions. Found a
little Button called refresh table.
