Pivot Table Ranges Change from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007

I created a pivot table in Excel 2003 with a range that referenced another
sheet columns A:AB (no rows referenced). When someone opened the file using
Excel 2007, the pivot table referenced A1:AB16384. Has anyone run into this?
If so, any suggestions on how to fix it?
