Pivot Table Show Top 10 Error

Hello: Stumped as to why when I utilize a 10 top criteria, some of my
data points will show 11?

For example, I have house type going down the left edge of my pivot
table and colors as a subset of house type. I then have Years going
across the top.

I have a Field Settings...Advance...Top 10 Autoshow on my colors and
for most of the house types it shows only 10. However, some of the
house types show 11. If I set the show to say 5, all only show 5.

If some items have the same value, more than ten may show.
