pivot table - stack information in columns?

I am putting together a pivot table and would like it to appear as such:

Total Men Total Women
College (data) (data)
Salaries Men Salaries Women
(data) (data)
Total Men Total Women
College (data) (data)
Salaries Men Salaries Women
(data) (data)

I don't think it's possible, but has anyone ever done it? Thanks!
