Pivot table subtotal

Hi i have a simple data set which has

Name
Quarter
total

i want to use a pivot table, or a formula to calculate the % for Q1
per person.

Ie so the total % for Anna is 100% as opposed to a % of the grand
total. (Ie not using % of total or row or column as these dont work!)

when i try to use a formula it doesnt work as 'total name' is a sum of
text thus fails!

Thanks - i would attach an example but not sure how!
