When dragging items into the Data field of the Pivot Table Layout wizard, I
have to double click on each item to change “count†to “sumâ€. I have data
for 40-50 field buttons to add and I’d like to know if there is a simple step
to change all these fields to “sum†rather than double-clicking on each one
individually.
I’ve noticed that sometime when I drag fields into the Data field, it’ll
automatically Sum vs. Count. Not sure what causes this….
