Pivot Table Totals

Is there any way to get row lables to repeat in a pivot table Grand Total
(Excel 2007)? For instance I have a pivot table that lists a row for
salaries and a row for expenses by department. I would like the grand total
to also breakdown the same categories instead of displaying just a 1 line
total.

Current Desired
Dept A Dept A
Salaries Salaries
Other Expenses Other Expenses
Total Dept A Total Dept A

Dept B Dept B
Salaries Salaries
Other Expenses Other Expenses
Total Dept B Total Dept B

Total Salaries
Other Expenses
Total

Thanks, Any insight you can enlighten me with is appreciated. Jill

Hi,

We have no control of the Grand Total area in pivot tables. You're two
solutions are to use =GETPIVOTDATA outside the pivot table or to construct
the equivalent of the entire pivot table using formulas such as SUMIF.
