Pivot Table

I have had to reinstall microsoft 03. Now, I am in Access at pivot tables. I
cannot show the elements so that I can drop the info where necessary. In
checking help, it stated that I should go to pivot table toolbar, click
properties, then Behavior. However, the properties icon is not lit up so that
I can click it. Suggestion--I need to use the pivot table function on access.

I experienced the similar problem.
When I'm on a pivot table view the items on a Pivot Table toolbar don't lit
up.
The same for Pivot chart view.

For example:
The field list pop up only the first time when i start to design.

If I close the field list I can not call it back.
