Pivot Table

In Access 2000, I have manually created a Pivot table using an option in the
Forms tab.

How do I update the table, in code, automatically every time I execute the
mdb.

Also, how do transfer this pivot table to an Excel spreadsdheet, into a
particular tab?

It should automatically update since it's based on data from a table...

How do I transfer this "updated" pivot table (form) to a particular Excel
spreadsheet and to a particular tab in the spreadsheet?
