Pivot Tables HELP

HELP! I'm working with a pivottable in Access, and the drop fields
aren't visible. I tried going into Commands and Options and clicking
"drop areas", but that doesn't work.

I am having this same problem with Access 2002. Pivot
charts have the drop areas, but they do not allow you to
drop to them, Pivot Tables do not have the drop areas at
all. Like you I checked the settings, but this was not
the problem.

I have tried a "Detect and Repair" of Office. I have
rerun office setup. I have all the Windows xp and Office
xp patches.

Did you get this problem resolved?

Have you been able to find any solution to this problem ?
We are getting the same problem with a .mdb file.
