Pivot tables

Please can anyone help? I have a database in Excel of Council Staff. The
database is for occupational health check-ups. I have an Appointment date
column.

I need to configure from Appointment column all appointments in November and
Decemember. Then print off a list each time.

I need to do this for appointments 2 months in advance.

Can anyone help!

The Pivot table is confusing me! Is this the best way?

not clear exactly what you want, but pivot tables could be good for wha
i understand you want. You can select a particular month and view/prin
appointments for that month. All this is possible in pivot tables
