pivot tables

Hello.


I have created a pivot table form. When I open it in the
DB window under the forms it opens under it's
default "pivot table" format. However, when I open it as
a switchboard item it opens in regular form view which
displays completely different information than the pivot
table. The default in the properties of
the form is 'pivot table'.

Can anyone shed light on this for me? I need it to open
in
the pivot table format.

Any help or tips are appreciated.
