Pivot Tables

Can I make a pivot table more permanent in size? Instead of it constantly
changing when the data changes, can the columns and rows be fixed? I'm
pulling data for a summary page from the pivot table for head count purposes
and when this data changes, the fields in the pivot table change, causing me
to go in and change the links to my summary page.

Any help would be wonderful

It doesn't make sense to try to fix the number of columns or of rows, so I'll assume
you mean the widths of columns. While stepping through the Pivot Table wizard, click
on the Options button (different step in each version), and uncheck the Autoformat
Table checkbox.
