Pivotable: Extracting underlying data from pivotable

I have a file containing a Pivotable with drill-down enabled. I need t
see each record in the underlying data and tried to use a uniqu
datafield as the column field, but Excel says it's too many uniqu
records to create a Pivottable.

Can I extract the data from the Pivotable somehow?

If you double-click on the Grand Total cell in the PivotTable, it should
extract the underlying records up to the maximum number of rows
available on the worksheet.
