PivotTable &/or PivotChart view won't open in Access 2002

Hello Out there,
I really hope someone can help me with this problem.
Whenever I try to open a table or query (or even forms or
reports) in PivotTable/Chart view I get a message which
states "Required Data Provider Properties could not be
set". The background of the opened window shows a logo
and the words "Microsoft Office Web Components". What can
I possibly do to fix this?
