Just Muddling Through

I have a pivottable view on a form as a recap of data from other areas of the
form. Because it's a recap I have removed labels and expand data +/- signs to
clean-up the presentation.

As the underlying query for the PivotTable limits the data to selected
criteria I would like to remove the drop-down list buttons from the
PivotTable View row and column selection. I have looked through the object
browser to find an interface to the drop-down list controls but have found no
objects that might allow me to make the controls invisible.

Is there a way to programmatically remove the drop-down list buttons from
the PivotTable view? I am using Access 2003 but if upgrading is required I
will.
