Pivture Manager Loading Slowly

I've been having trouble with picture manager lately. When I launch it, or
try and open a pictue, it takes almost two minutes for the program to come
up. I just get the splash screen during that time.

I could swear I had this problem not too long ago, and there was a folder or
file that was referenced by the program that I had to delete to fix it.

Any help?

I'm replying to my own post.

I found the solution 'here'

The file I was needed was "OIScatalog.cag".

I had to use the search companion to actually find the file for some
reason. Then I opened it in note-pad, and removed a path that I had to
a network drive that no loner existed (I just deleted that full line.).
then I closed note-pad, and let it save. That fixed it!
