Pixels in Visio

I am trying to create screen layout using Visio. How can I have the
measurement scale in Pixels instead on inches and centimeters, so that I can
specify the exact pixel distance between different widgets.

Since most Windows displays use 96 dots per inch, it is fairly common just
to use 0.01" as the size of a pixel and create your shapes based on
multiples of that.
