PjSvrNPE errors

Hi,

I recently installed MS Project Server on a Windows2K3 server using MSDE for
the SQL backend . We haven't even had a chance to use it and I am already
receiving some troubling errors. The following two errors occur
simultaneously every 30 minutes:

From researching these errorsit appears that there is a missing field in the
database, but we haven't altered anything and the errors don't detail exactly
what is missing. Anybody have any ideas?

Try this:

On your Project Server box, make sure the following services are configured
to log on using the local system acount (In the properties, log on tab):
- Project Server Scheduled Process Service
- Project Server Session Mgr Service
- Project Server Tracing Service
- Project Server Views Notification Service

Then make sure the Local System Account is in the Local Administrators
Group. Check by Rightlcicking on My computer, select manage, go to local
users and groups, doubleclick groups, doubleclick administrators.

Then in SQL Server Enterprise Manager, go to security folder of the server
used for Project Server, doubleclick Logins, doubleclick
BUILTIN\Administrators, click the server roles tab, and make sure the system
adminstors is check on.
