pkmforms.dll

When trying to install Outlook 2002 I get half way through
the instalation and it stops when it is copying the file
pkmforms.dll. The error message is something like: "Error
1304 error writing to (file location) check if you have
access to that directory." Which I do. In fact the problem
is that I can't create a file by the name PKMFORMS.DLL
anywhere on the computer. It is as if something is
prohibiting that particular file name to be created. I've
tried in safe mode. Copying it from a computer that
Outlook was successfully installed on. I get an error
message that the file name is invalid. Is there a way to
find out what is causing this error.

Thanks for responding.

I don't have Visio Installed on my computer. I tried to
download the patch anyway but I got a message that I could
not install unless Visio was present. Is it possible to
bypass the download of this file.
