Pl help on Custom views

Dear all,

I have a customised view in resource center.

I have updated the resource information with some
customised fields for project name, Gender etc these
fields are also chosen in the customised view in Resource
center.

However, the data in the customised view is not reflecting
the data entered for the resources in the custom fields..
