Place Watermark on the top left corner

i want to place a watermark at the (extreme)top left corner of the page.
One way is that i use header footer and insert a image in the corner.. but i
dont want the users to delete the image by editing the header and deleting
the image.
I want something sort of watermark as in Office XP/2003 that can only be
removed from the tools bar. But the problem with this is that it appears in
the middle of the page, Is there any method using VBE that i can achieve what
i want.

I'm not familiar with ANY way to place a graphical object (watermark or
otherwise) in a document in such a manner that it cannot be
selected/moved/deleted. To which command are you referring, above?

If document protection is activated, then the entire Drawing Layer is locked
out, which might be an option under particular circumstances. But that's the
only possibility of which I'm aware.

Yea i explored the options but found no ways .. ultimately i created a
watermark in the header and perform check at the time of saving that the mark
is not removed.
this has solved my purpose.
Thanks for your reply..
