Placement of banner in HTML signature

Hello

I have created an HTML banner that I would like to use as stationary in
Outlook. Everything is working fine apart from the fact that the
banner appears at the foot of the email rather than at the top. I know
that I can drag the banner to the top of the page but this is a bit
frustating as I would like the banner to be my standard email format.


Any idea of how I can get it to appear at the top of the email at all
times?
