Placement of page that can be reached from bottom shared borders

I have a 'Directory' page for listing contacts, right now connected to
another informational page. I want to remove its connection to that page. My
main hyperlink for the Directory page will now be in the bottom shared
borders. Where do I put the Directory page on the navigation chart? I'm
guessing it should be connected directly to the Index page. (?)
